EEO-1 Report - Filed Annually With EEOCEmployers with 100 or more employees must file an EEO-1 report with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) each year. More than one report is required if there are multiple establishments. The EEOC sends out the form every year along with a detailed instruction booklet. Copies of completed reports must be retained by the employer and made available to the EEOC upon request. Copies of prior EEO-1 reports are also required with submission of your Affirmative Action Plan for Desk Audit.
