JSA Consulting, Inc., guarantees that its work will meet Federal regulatory requirements in effect currently with the delivery of your Affirmative Action Plan (AAP). If a problem with the AAP has been identified by OFCCP related to adherence to federal regulations governing such plans, JSA will either meet with your Compliance Officer directly to discuss and resolve the issue, fix the problem and re-submit the report (both at no cost to you), or refund your consulting fees at our option.
