Founded in 1983, JSA Consulting, Inc. specializes in EEO and Affirmative Action Plan development, implementation, audit support and management training. JSA has a long history of providing high quality, practical, legally sound, and cost effective products and services to small and medium-sized businesses. In addition, JSA is a certified woman-owned business (certified by WBENC).

JSA Consultants

All consultants on the staff have university degrees and at least 10 years of experience in EEO/Affirmative Action and management. Consultants have a thorough understanding of the regulations, statutes and audit requirements. We hire experts in the EEO/AAP field who become consultants, rather than computer users who learn how to prepare AAP reports. The difference is the level of commitment our consultants have to each of their clients and the hands-on approach we maintain throughout the plan year.

JSA AAP Analysts and Other Professionals

All analysts and other professionals at JSA participate in ongoing EEO/AAP education and professional conferences throughout the year. They all have university degrees and have learned the fundamentals of EEO and Affirmative Action from nationally recognized experts in the field. They join the JSA team with a true commitment to quality work and responsiveness to our clients.
