Affirmative Action Plan Design and Development
To ensure realistic goal identification and pragmatic approaches to records keeping and implementation, JSA designs and develops custom affirmative action plans that respond to the requirements of OFCCP and Executive Order 11246 and also make good business sense. Such plans include customized narratives, easy to read and use statistical reports and analyses.
