Affirmative Action Plan Design and Development

To ensure realistic goal identification and pragmatic approaches to records keeping and implementation, JSA designs and develops custom affirmative action plans that respond to the requirements of OFCCP and Executive Order 11246 and also make good business sense.  Such plans include customized narratives, easy to read and use statistical reports and analyses.  In addition, the firm works with company management to create truly useful programs and reports that reflect specific areas for development, internal communication and resolution.  In general, the firm assists its clients in creating straightforward processes for managing and ensuring fair employment practices.
