EEO-1 Report - Filed Annually With EEOC

JSA Consulting, Inc. assists AAP clients upon request in preparing and filing EEO-1 Reports with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Employers with 100 or more employees must file an EEO-1 report each year. In addition, prime federal contractors, or first-tier federal subcontractors, with 50 or more employees and at least $50,000 in contracts must also file this report annually. More than one report is required if there are multiple establishments.

The EEOC sends out reminder notices and filing materials every year. Copies of completed reports must be retained by the employer and made available to the EEOC upon request. Copies of prior EEO-1 reports are also required with submission of your Affirmative Action Plan for Desk Audit.
